Programming Cables

All cables and R.I.B. devices are fully tested before shipping and guaranteed to work on arrival. Any claim of defect shall be made within 3 days of received date. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges for returning item(s).

No refunds shall be made unless a replacement is not available for the defective item(s). Wiscomm, LLC will not be liable for any damages to any electronic devices from use of  products we sell for any reason or cause.

Most of our products do not include any manuals or instructions for use. Therefore, it will be assumed that the purchaser is knowledgeable in using the products we sell for their applications in which it is designed for. Our cables and R.I.B devices are not manufactured by Motorola unless otherwise noted.

Batteries

All batteries sold as new offer a warranty from the manufacturer, not from Wiscomm, LLC. We can facilitate any warranty work with our suppliers. Warranties vary from supplier and can change based on battery construction and chemical makeup. Please contact your sales representative for the warranty on your specific model.

Two-Way Radios

Most radios sold by Wiscomm, LLC are used unless otherwise noted. Most units are covered under a thirty (30) day replacement warranty, no refunds shall be made unless a repair or replacement units cannot be offered. You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges for returning item(s). Wiscomm, LLC does not offer any warranty on any used batteries, regardless if it was purchase as part of a radio. End user is responsible for any and all FCC licensing costs and procedures in buyers respective countries.

Shipping & Customs

All shipments made from Wiscomm, LLC are prepaid. Purchaser is responsible for any and all duties from local customs officials. Wiscomm, LLC is in no way responsible for customs delays or additional charges. All Wiscomm, LLC shipments are made using a traceable shipping method, please contact us if you did not receive tracking information with your order. Any claims made for lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the purchaser and shipper. Shipments over $250.00 will require a signature upon receipt, Wiscomm, LLC cannot be held responsible for any delays due to our carrier being unable to obtain this signature.

Taxes

All shipments made from Wiscomm, LLC to addresses located in the State of Wisconsin will require us to add tax specific to your county. Agencies or businesses that are either tax exempt or for resale must submit proper documentation PRIOR to shipment. Documentation can be faxed to - 262-784-6176 - or mailed to the address listed below. Wiscomm will not reimburse or credit tax if the above steps are not adhered to.

Any and all legal proceedings must be handled in State of Wisconsin, United States of America.
