We are pleased to offer repair services for late-model Motorola
radios. Something just not right with that CP200, GP300, HT1000? Here
is that opportunity to try to get that radio up and running for a fraction
of the cost of replacement. Our technicians have years of experience and
the ability to get non-stocked Motorola quality replacement parts next day!
Fees: $65.00 Flat Rate -- most modern Motorola
Portables,
includes up to
$10.00 in parts (any parts beyond $10.00 would be separate).
$7.00 to $10.00 Return Shipping
Most repairs are completed within one week. We accept only Paypal
for our repair services.
Repair Procedure:
Contact us via
e-mail
notifying us of the inbound units, we will provide a ship-to address at
this time.
For each radio, include note indicating problem/condition of
each radio, rubber band note to each radio. This is an extremely
important step, failure will cause delay or return of your radio.
Properly package in bubble wrap the radio,
at least one charged battery and
antenna. No chargers should be required.
Include your contact information including e-mail address.
Ship to us using a trackable shipping method (FedEx, UPS, USPS
Priority).
If you fail to include
contact information with your shipment, items will
sit till contacted. We will not try to hunt
you down trying to determine who's radios showed
up on our dock in a plain brown box. Radios not
claimed within 45 days will become property of
Wiscomm and will be sold. Please make a point
to include contact information or business card in
your shipment.
