mileage from Racine, WI at a rate of $1.00/mile

Step 3
Shipping
Drop us an e-mail
first if
you require programming services. We will advise you
via e-mail of the special shipping address to send your radios for programming.
Attach Excel spread sheet or Word document with your programming data in your
e-mail. Do not send radios to our PO Box unless instructed, this PO Box
is not located near our programming office. This will
cause a substantial delay in turnaround time. Estimated
turnaround is usually 1 or 2 days for small jobs and 1 week for larger jobs.

Payment
We accept Paypal or Certified
funds only for our
programming services. You can use a major credit card with Paypal services. You will be sent an invoice
to pay with Paypal upon completion. Once payment
is received, radios will be returned via your prepaid shipping label. If you do
not include a return label, shipping charges for UPS ground or USPS Priority
Mail will be added to your programming invoice. All
shipping and Insurance coverage on your shipment to and from are your
responsibility.
If we are unable to program
your radio for any reason, we will return your shipment with your prepaid label.
We reserve the right to refuse any radio / customer for any reason.
