All Wiscomm business is prepaid, prior to shipment.

Wiscomm uses Paypal as our credit card processor, a Paypal account is NOT required to purchase items through Wiscomm.

Purchases using a US Government issued VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS or DISCOVER should be approved by your Commanding Officer or department head. Remember there is no US Government directive banning purchases using the Paypal system.
